Pressure Cooker Spare Ribs

Fall off the bone Pressure Cooker Spare Ribs Recipe. Making spare ribs in a pressure cooker or instant pot is one of the easiest, delicious ways to make spare ribs. The ribs are moist and tender, frankly I think they are better than grilled or in the oven because the pressure makes the ribs completely fall off the bone.

Season the ribs. Use whatever seasonings that you like. Add Apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, liquid smoke and water to your pressure cooker with the ribs

Set the pressure cooker on meat or high pressure for 15 minutes on pressure. Quick release once the pressure cooker is done. Place the ribs on a cookie sheet. Brush the ribs with your favorite barbecue sauce. Place under the broiler for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until they are caramelized.
