Pressure Cooker Spaghetti Recipe - One Pot Meal
Almost everyone enjoys spaghetti, but sometimes it's a real pain to make. When you think of all the pots and pans you have to use to make spaghetti the traditional way, you just don't want to do it.

Have you ever tried to make spaghetti in an electric pressure cooker? An electric pressure cooker, or one of the ones I use called the Instant Pot, will infuse the flavor of your spaghetti dish; will save you an incredible amount of time in cooking and cleaning and you will find that you will make this dish, this way all the time.

Watch the steps I show on how to use the Instant Pot to make spaghetti and meat sauce.
Set your pressure cooker to the sauté setting. Once it is hot, add some olive oil and start to brown your meat. In my case, it is beef Kielbasa and ground beef. I started with my Kielbasa to brown, removed it and put in the ground beef. Once the ground beef was in I added my seasonings.
Make sure to deglaze the bottom of your pot with water or stock or whatever you're using but do not use the tomato sauce to deglaze. The sugar in tomato sauce will stick to the pot. After you deglaze add the sauce, then break your spaghetti in half and put on top. Add just enough water to cover the spaghetti, it was about four cups. Do Not Stir!
