Beef Short Ribs in a slow cooker

Beef Short ribs are a wonderful comfort food.  They really are very easy to make especially in a slow cooker.  All you need to do is season, set in your slow cooker or crock pot; add some flour and beef broth and set it and forget it.  When you return you will have some good eating!!    Give this recipe a try.

Clean and season the boneless short ribs, and onions, flour, cooking red wine and beef broth

Add the short ribs to the slow cooker.  Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-8 hours
